Spiff has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM.
The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. After closing, the Spiff team will become a part of the Sales Cloud team at Salesforce, working to enhance Salesforce’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions by providing customers with a trusted platform to increase visibility, supercharge selling & unlocking growth.

The addition of Spiff to Salesforce will empower CROs to align with their financial and sales operations teams to easily self-manage complex incentive compensation plans and have a clear understanding of the factors propelling revenue performance to drive top line growth.
